Our Philosophy

Why Company Formations Require Accounting Precision

Too many Irish entrepreneurs incorporate through automated online document mills, only to discover missing tax head registrations, misallocated share capital, or non-compliant director filings when attempting to open a commercial bank account.

The Ryan Cannon Kirk Standard

At Company Start-Ups, company formation is not a hasty administrative transaction. It represents the foundational legal cornerstone of your enterprise. Every incorporation dossier handled by our Park West practice undergoes rigorous multi-point verification:

  • Constitution Drafting: Tailored articles of association aligned directly with the Companies Act 2014, reflecting proper share classes, voting privileges, and transfer restrictions.
  • Revenue Tax Integration: Prompt enrolment across Corporation Tax, VAT, and Employer PAYE/PRSI, avoiding costly late-registration backlogs.
  • Beneficial Ownership (RBO) Compliance: Exact compliance with Irish and EU anti-money laundering (AML) registers within statutory deadlines.
  • First Statutory Return Guarantee: Seamless diary management for your compulsory 6-month Annual Return Date (ARD) to preserve your audit exemption status.
